The auto-renewal option, only viewable if auto-renewal was enabled at the time of sign-up, can be changed on your user settings page by accessing Account Settings.
- Login to https://legacy.fanbyte.com/.
- Click on your username (in the top right corner) to access Account Settings.
- Click OFF next to the date of renewal to cancel your subscription.
This option will only appear if you have a non-PayPal subscription that is currently enabled. If you never enabled auto-renewal at the time of sign up, you will not see the If you have any difficulty at all you can create a support ticket here and we'll assist you.
